EA ERROR unable to process content at this time
So here’s my problem when I load up madden 26 on my ps5 primary account I get an error message saying “ we are unable to process your content at this time “ I’ve tried every trouble shoot strategy on EA help website and EA Forums then I turned to AI for help and walked through 30 plus different ways to trouble shoot this issue at the end the AI told me my only option was to contact ea and have them do a cloud wipe for madden on my ps5 from EA’s end my PlayStation ID is - guilt-cx I hope yall will be able to resolve this for me as this is extremely frustrating as I’ve spent quite a lot of time and money on this game and have not had access to it for weeks
