Even the menu just freezes

Just absolutely sickening, not even just Ultimate team, kicks me out to main menu in hopes to log into Ultimate team again, nope just frozen. Such terrible menu navigation in this game. You have tokens?? Want to redeem the new Collector series 99OVR cards?? HAHA WRONG!! Good...here's a game let's see if you can access your binder.  HAHA WRONG!!! Need to put abilities on your player and improve your lineup?? HAHA Wrong!! Want to try and place a bid on a good card in the Auction House?? HAHA WRONG ANSWER!! Such a scam of a football game. I've never seen menu navigation this abysmal. Not for 1 or 2 days, basically like 8 days and no resolution. Want to get new content cards that seem to drop without an issue going on?? HAHA WRONG!! Basically moral of the story....everything is wrong right now
