FIX AFTER SCHOOL TUTOR
Still waiting an month for this broken game mechanic to be fixed.

It does actually work, they just let you figure it out on your own.
First, buy the ability(s) with coach points.
Second, burn a slot in your "Weekly Strategy: Loadout" with the "After School Tutor" you purchased.
Third, keep the Tutor active in that slot forever, if you ever replace it with a different one the extra tutor slots are taken away.

Forgot in the previous post - Part 2 and a half - it takes a week between loading the strategy and it opening the slots.
