I won a ranked match 50-28 and the win didnt show up on my record.

Ea I played a ranked quick match online in madden 26. I won the game 50-28 but right before he game was over my opponent was experiencing technical issues then he quit before the game ended. After the game there was no recorded win on my recorded and when I went to my recent ppl there was no record of me playing him. Please help I don’t want to even play ranked anymore until this issue is resolved. Also I want my win added to my record too!🤣
