Level progress suddenly gone

Today at noon, I was still able to play normally on my account. After starting my PS5 in the evening, I noticed that all my progress had been lost (I was level 11 and suddenly level 1), my in-game currency purchases were gone, and suddenly I had to select a starting team again.
