Madden 26 purchase still unable to play or download doesnt recognize my device

I am unable to play my purchase or download. I have previously provided the photo proof and my current screen as of right now on a previous post on the forum does anybody have any solution before I refund this game and just quit EA altogether?

you have a xbox one. the game is only available for series x/s, ps5, switch 2 and pc.

i was able to play 2 games. connection was weak. and couldn't hit wide open wide receivers because of the lag. now i cant even play on keeps telling me to connect to ea servers.
