Losing Connection to EA servers shortly after loading up game.

A few minutes after loading up M26, I lose connection to the EA servers and I am unable to reconnect. This has been happening all weekend. I am unable to play in my Online Franchise League.

I bought the game in Steam...I've tried just starting on the EA app, but its still the same result. Please help.

I've tried using the Help Bot and it just refers to same article... I would like to open up a case or get some sort of response.
