M26 Unplayable on my laptop

Question

Hello, 6 month old laptop. Zero issues with it for streaming or playing other PC based games. Moved from Xbox X for M26 this year as I have EA Play Pro and its included. So far the game crashes every few minutes and is very unstable when it does stay connected. Cant stream and play as the lag is so bad my&nbsp; players don't move its unplayable. Attached is the DX file. Internet speeds are 1-T/down and 500GB/UP. Any help would be appreciated as I'm at the point where I am going to contact my CC company for refunds on the 222,000 points I've purchased so far this Madden as I cant even stay on the server long enough to sell players.&nbsp;

Hi BarryRan the system File checker to 100% complete, launched game, game loads, enter MUT, game crashes. Relaunched game crashed again.&nbsp;

You are still showing bluescreens and system file errors in your report. Do make sure to run System File Checker as well as DISM. Something else you might try is to go into your NVIDIA control panel and specify your GPU to be used when you play; it is possible the integrated GPU is being used (and will not work). Thanks.
