Constant crashing in ultimate team even when just scrolling through menu/store etc… anyone else having this issue/know a fix? Have tried repairing file and reinstalling. Playing on PC through EA play.

Community Managerc0227a10ae9c335c Have you removed any abilities or X-factors from your player(s) and tested them out again? That seems to be a common issue at the moment.
EA_Shepard is this a reference to ultimate team, Franchise, or something in settings? My game is CRASHING usually within 10-15min of run time regardless of what I’m doing. Colle football is the same. The major crash issue EA is having is not because of X-factors. You have two games that people are having crash issues with across different devices. When and how are you fixing this, addressing this, and compensating us for lost time and money we have spent in two games we can’t enjoy? I bough the MVP bundle and yet I’m here feeling last worst in the league! So tell me what the number one draft pick looks like cause I need something!

Madden 26 contributes to freeze forcing me to turn off the game and restart. It got to the point where I uninstalled the gams and reinstalled. This is ridiculous.
Saw a small update and tried again. Crashed when receiving opening kickoff. And the game before crashed during play selection of kickoff.
have you looked into the relation with our EA accounts with your code? eA is the issue and have noticed small thing the ea account struggled with… something to look into EA.
also how do you turn off xfactors in quick play?
How about regs? I had 2 games in a row where my app crashed on me. Once during mid game and once when I tried to quit back to the main menu because my kick meter changed itself back to Tap and Release.
@ EA_Shepard You guys are robbing us. I've purchased both ncaa26 and madden26. I've cant play anything online. I keep getting booted to Xbox home screen. I've upgraded internet, I've re-installed the game twice, I did a complete factory reset. Nothing is working. You guys need to do something. I paid all this money to play and I cant even complete a full game without getting kicked back to my home screen. Why they heck cant you guys help.
ive checked again today and cant even get into a superstar 3v3 game it goes to select the position and just crashes out everything in the menus is delayed when you press it i cannot believe people paid for this game i dont know how you have released this game.
Every other game there's a weird delay or network issue which then affects everyone in the game it should only affect the one that has a bad network not punish everyone else otherwise what's the point in paying for a better network... NONE of these issues are network related to me as i play lots of other games and i do not log on any other game other than this one
