Every PC user is being impacted by the latest patch causing a delay or stutter like experience. This is not a PC hardware issue, this only occurred AFTER the latest updated. It's unplayable, so I don't know how support prioritizes issues like this but it should be a P0.
If you are not providing a patch to resolve this, how do we request a refund for this game?

yeah that's what is annoying AF. We have to troubleshoot possible solutions and when we test it, we sacrifice our W-L records. So now I have 4 Loses in a row because I'm doing QA for a billion dollar company
I haven't been able to play h2h in a week. Nobody wants to play the computer and it looks like my ranked season is ruined.
