I recently bout the Madden 26 and paid for the premium pass I didn't get any of the instant rewards and they still saying it's locked!!! Why is it saying that I have to buy it again

what exactly have you bought and when?
I bought what I thought was the premium pass at the end of season 3 like a few days before zero chill popped off just wondering why I ain't get those 2 87 overall players
i still haven’t received mine looks like we aren’t getting it
BlackMunday1 season 4 started december 3rd and zero chill december 4th. so you have bought the season 3 premium pass which ends with the start of season 4. have you unlocked these 2x 87 players by reaching a certain a level in the season 3 fieldpass? if you think you missed some items you should open a ticket at EAHelp.
