Madden 26 superstars menu glitch after combine

I have had this happen countless times I’ve tried reseting internet connection I’ve restarted game and console I’ve tried to not replay challenges to make it smoother nothing works. I get stuck with a black screen everytime. 

on top of that the general menu speed is horrible to deal with when trying to restart game it’s completely unplayable the game is broken.
