Question

I have tried to reach out 2 different times to a support advisor.

The first time they told me to check my internet wan web browsers, which did not work.

Today I reached out and they told me to try the same things, of course, it did not fix it. Further more I explained we a who actually do loves this want to continue to follow it. They said they will send my complaints to a proper team to make repairs. I did request that someone reach out with answers. So we shall see...

They are a joke, so they are pretty much trying to say that all of us have bad internet connection for over a week now since the day they posted that the servers were going down for maintenance? No it’s them, they don’t know how to get their s**t together. They need to fix it and stop trying to blame us.&nbsp;
