Madden superstar bug

I hope you buffoons at EA actually see this and fix your mid game. For months now my superstar has been bugged. I can’t transfer my QB from CFB into Madden, this is due to the fact that when i go to delete my current QB in Madden, the screen spams the message “ATTENTION: There was an error retrieving data. Please try again later.” Once this starts I have to close the entire game. Please help me.
