- Eliminates controller polling / input lag issues

- Restarted modem/router properly (full power cycle)
- Tested under minimal network load (no other devices streaming/downloading)
- Issue presents as a consistent rhythmic stutter (~every 2 seconds)
- Occurs only during online play (H2H modes)
- Completely absent in offline gameplay
At this point, the issue appears to be related to EA server synchronization or routing behavior specific to online gameplay, rather than hardware, graphics settings, or local network quality.
