Update 5/10/26 still no remedy found by various community reddit threads, or asking those who have had/currently have this issue
I just wanted to reply to you so EA understands you are not the only one. On my other PC which ran 25 with no issues straight up could not run 26. All the same exact issues you listed to a T. There is no solution I tried for hours and hours and hours and eventually I gave up. EA royally messed up the game this year on PC. It was time for me to do a PC upgrade and I went with a 5060 and an almost maxed out rig. I have to restart the game every 2-3 games or I will lag out. Everyone on PC has to do it. Theres no solution.
