This is a known issue. My other tower with the same specs as yours was skipping. The one that runs it decent is an ibuypower new pre built with a 5060. In curios. Is your computer a dell? The one that can’t run 26 but could run 25 with the same specs as yours is a dell.
no, mine is a custom that i built myself, it has had this issue forever and all of a sudden as of today my event h2h has been unplayable, havent tried ranked yet. i run every offline game mode perfectly at max settings but h2h was awful until i tried today for the first time in weeks
