everytime I try to get online or on superstar mode it says error occurred, this has been going on for almost 4 months I need a refund!!!

madden 26 online servers
i was able to play 2 games. connection was weak. and couldn't hit wide open wide receivers because of the lag. now i cant even play on keeps telling me to connect to ea servers.
