Swapped my accounts on EA to link for sketch. reset my entire mut

Sorry to hear that your progress has been reset after relinking. It's unfortunately one of the risks that come with unlinking.

To restore your progress, you'll need to relink the original account. Seeing as you've already relinked it to no avail, please double-check that you're using the correct account that has your hours played. Depending on the login method, you may have signed into a different account and linked that one. If the issue persists, please contact support, and the team there will work with you to investigate the account.
