Team Builder not working.

I’ve been trying to access Team Builder since Friday 08/29, however, every time I manage to log in I get a message saying that the website is under maintenance and to check back later. 

I have tried accessing on different devices, clearing my computer’s cache and nothing has worked so far. 

is anyone else experiencing this issue?
