Unable to connect to H2H or ranked games

My game will not allow me to connect to online H2H or ranked game.  The game stalls when trying to create the match. After a few moments it comes back to home page.  What's weird is that when trying to connect to a ranked game,  i can hear the opponent and talk to the opponent but can't play the match. The game reverts back to initial game invite page.  I can play online games with the College 26 but not on Madden 26. Can some please look into this.
