Preorder standard addition unable to download. I can confirm purchase and everything just unable to download even through the application. Shows I own it but won’t let me start the download process? Will have to request a refund if I cannot play today. And try and find a physical copy.
Community ManagerEl_Brackett21 This was something the team was looking into but has been resolved. As the game is now live, if there is an issue downloading, restart the console, clear the ALT MAC address and then once you get back on, go into your library to see if the game is listed there. You can also log into the Xbox mobile app and start the download to the console. That is what I do when I'm not at home and I need to get a game downloaded.
Just tried while I’m here at the office it doesn’t recognize my Xbox s is what it is still not a solution?
