Unable to start superstar mode

I’ve been waiting for Christmas to buy madden 26 and finally I got it. When I open the game to start superstar mode, I create my character and then go to the league menu only for nothing to be there. I can see my objectives of “get drafted” but I’m unable to progress to the combine. I have tried restarting the game and my computer, reinstalling the game, creating a new character and nothing works. Hopefully EA response to this or is actively working to fix it because until then i unfortunately have to refund my game and wait. So EA PLEASE FIX THIS I WANT TO PLAY YOUR GAME!!
