When will this get fixed? Ruined my ranked progress possibilities. Thanks EA

The recent update on 10/20 ruined the online gameplay for PC users. I have seen countless posts with no effort from EA to actually fix the problem. "On field visual display" off ONLY FIXES OFFLINE GAMES. The Ranked season ends in less than 245 hours and I haven't been able to even play for over a week due to this. Was hoping the 10/29 update would address this but nothing has changed. Sad how little EA cares about customer satisfaction
