Same and im ranked in the new season already🤦🏾♂️ EA FIX IT!!!!!

I'm missing my reward too. I just played a ranked game and won. The win wasn't counted in either the new or old season. I'm stuck in season 1 and can't switch to season 2.
The finish button isn't there either.
What else can I do to play season 2?
