Missing NFL 26 Preorder Content
Another year of Madden and another year of missing preorder content. Have not received my points or player items. Can we get this resolved asap before those players are outdated?

So we pay extra for preorder content, do not get that content, and then EA just tells us too bad? Got it.

I don't know what other proof I need (ordered 4/24) Only received a partial list of the offering. Following is the update I got from my case.... No Fix Available.

Pre-ordered the game and did get most of the content, including the 4600 points, Rookie Premiere cards from Madden 25, Jalan Hurts and Sequon. That said, I'm missing Julius Peppers. How do I get him?
Yeah the consoles can’t do anything about it as the in game content is done by EA so we’re practically all screwed cuz ea took away the live chat feature
I bought the early bird pack and didnt get a 85+ ovr player.
Going on what? Day 3 since the game has been out or 4 and still nothing
I’m currently in queue waiting to talk to EA I will let you know what they say to do if there’s anything you can do. I honestly don’t think they gaf so we may be outta luck what I don’t get is I got everything I needed in my mvp bundle with college football 26 but Madden 26 I didn’t I literally have no idea what to do in this situation
