No rewards in Solo Seasons: The League or The Run

If you spent over 3 hours of your time and both of your silver coupons for a paydirt pack and a Hail Mary pack you would never tell someone that they misunderstood.     You would just agree that the description of XP and the entire program is an example of computer programmers of EA not understanding what their customers want.   Why would anyone spend so much time for those packs ?     It is very misleading and a huge disconnect from EA and their client base.

Your explanation is false.   The game indicates that BTS is the form of measurement used to determine the level of rewards that a player needs to achieve in order to get a reward.  In the rewards part of the game it shows that by getting to  level 5 the amount of XP earned would be 75000.    Can you please credit my account 75000 XP?

Ugh. It’s happened again. They showed up in my binder last time, but when I finished The League and won the Super Bowl I did not receive the tokens. Not in the binder, either. That sucks. 

Same I completed my first one on hard and made it to level 3 did not receive any rewards it said no rewards pending preview. I then completed another one solo silver and received nothing. I contacted support and they say they are aware of the problem and are workin to fix it. In the meantime I wanted to know what they will do about my rewards and they said when it is fixed I will receive all of my rewards from xp coins to packs. Yes you do get xp. BTS is not the same. 

They also encouraged me to keep playing the solo champs as our rewards will build up and come once they fix the issue when I asked them why they are still allowing us to spend our keys and enter a game mode that doesn’t even work. I’m on the fence about continuing champs until I get my rewards from before. However, due to all the other CPU modes being extremely to easy. To the point I have to qb spy my d line in order for my ai not to get sacks and fumbles every play I will probably play it again on hard. Even. Medium was too easy I felt. And I’m a MLB player this the first madden I’ve had in years. 

I just started level 4 of the run and only received the final game reward from level 3. So I’m sitting here with 3 unopened packs when I should be having at least 18 because I don’t open the packs until the end of each level. Unless they changed the rewards but didn’t change the reward screen.

Those offline modes are trash.  You are only going to get what it says for how many wins you had.   NOT a pack at each level.  

EA isn’t going to do anything.    Nobody has reached out to me to help me at all.   Instead someone just tried telling me that XP is the same as BTS

I'm down two solo tokens for completing Solo Seasons again because the ones for winning the final didn't disperse. It's been DAYS and I'm checking and they don't show up. It's so frustrating to have to come on here after patch #2 and still be sitting here complaining about the same problem I had at launch.

edit: tried it again, still no tokens. Make that four down. Please fix. 

I’m on PlayStation, PSN ID is WillTheProphet. I won the Super Bowl on Tuesday night in Solo Seasons: The League, but never got the two tokens I earned from winning the Super Bowl. I had earned 8 tokens in each of the first three weeks, but only got 6/8 in the fourth week despite winning the Super Bowl in The League and The Run. I already spoke to EA support, and they referred me to this forum in order to get my two missing tokens granted. Is there any way I could be granted the 2 tokens I’m missing from last week? Thanks for your time!
