I play the events ( cpu and h2h) but I never get credit for them in my season event pass nor does my event pass go up. Usually my event pass does go up just not this season but I never get credit for winning or playing the games. Does anyone have an idea why? Appreciate any help
EA_Kent you guys need to fix this immediately. Some of us wasted real money on the event pass and we’re getting nothing in return. It’s now 3 days we’ve missed out on XP.
I bought the events pass as well and not getting anything. The help chat bots claim they’re working on it but I’ll believe it when I see it. Probably have to wait til the new zero chill content next Thursday and the whole premium field pass will be a big waste.

I’m on PS5 and my PSN ID IS CMSDMS1 and I just started getting my xp on the H2H but in the cpu event I’m in my 3rd run of the longest winter ( 26 games) and have received no xp for the games . Thank you for looking in to this as I also purchased the premium field pass so it is costing me double the rewards for leveling up.
not getting credit in the season 4 events pass for doing the longest winter cpu event in madden 26 they haven't updated the field pass objectives from the chilliest time of year

same here. i won 4 games in the cpu event what should give 400xp but stucking at 1000xp which i already had from the 1st event.
