Team Pass Reset After Game Crashed

This exact thing happened to me with this most recent update.  I’ve reached out to ea but wasn’t sent a confirmation about my support ticket I submitted.  What was your solution?  I purchased the game a few days ago and I’m ready to reach out to PlayStation and try get a refund due to the absolute lack of support from EA making this game unplayable.

players are disappearing from your lineup and binder?

my entire progress reset 3 times now. literally everytime I play, exit the game come back the next day. It thinks its my first time playing and my whole roster is full of lvl 60s again. I am about done with this, I spent about 4 hours doing objectives and upgrading cards to 85 only to have it reset the next time I play.

My team pass not working  or showing objectives after unlocking

Ok gonna try right now I was scared it might be old one but if is new then thank you I was scared process was wiped… yep you were right lol I was just scared of seeing the pass thing assumed it was new account bc offline will say buy season pass

If you have lost anything else besides the progress of the team pass, you need to contact an EA Advisor.

Just happened to me too , lost my lions season pass and all game progress , paid for the early access and played it for the last 7 days , what a joke ea are 

Hi, I bought Madden NFL 26 about 5 days ago. After installing today’s update, all of my saved data and progress is completely gone. The game started over as if I never played, and now it’s asking me to pay again for the season pass/content that I already purchased.

I still have my proof of purchase and the payment went through. Can someone please look into this? I would like my saved progress restored and the season I paid for unlocked again.
