Can’t use in game currency
Since 09/22/2022 at approximately 11 am est, I have not been able to use Madden 23 in game currency in the MUT23 store. I keep getting an error message saying “unable to complete transaction due to prior purchase still pending. Please try later”
I’ve been on the phone or chat with EA Help approx 8 times and there is nothing pending and I’m told that there is no fix. So I’m basically glitched /banned from the MUT23 store because of this. No one has a remedy other than “we have reported to the team.” Or “ please be patient as we will work to get this fix”.
I’ve been told to reset my console, reset my internet, uninstall and reinstall the game. All of which did not fix the problem. Was told recently that they checked my MUT23 store purchases and there is nothing pending. If so why am I getting the message that there is? No one knows why. So until it is fixed I am precluded from using madden points, training points, or coins to purchase anything from the MUT23 store. And EA doesn’t care cause I’m only 1 customer they have many more left. This is so disappointing. Game play was good, pack odds horrible and now customer service to fix my problem has been horrible. EA help thanks for nothing!
