It also started happening after starting face of the franchise like five days ago. Literally a day before I got it

• Which game mode are you getting this error in - All
• Have you tried power cycling your console and local network (Yes/No) - Yes
• When did you start experiencing this error? Did you always experience it or did it show up after an update? When did it start happening? - has been happening since I purchased the game. 

Started experiencing it after 10/6/21. Can’t alter avatar in game. Gives error of unable to retrieve your progression from the Ea servers at this time. Please try again later.

Have some more questions for you to determine the cause of this error.

• For those that are experiencing it do you remember if it started happening after you made any changes to your Avatar?
• Are you able to edit your avatar in game at all to see if that has any effect?
• Did you ever link up your game to Madden 22 Mobile?

Come on its been a month I can't change avatar or setting nothing because it gives me the same thing as it gives everyone else cannot retrieve your progression the game doesn't work in any mode because of this happened when I connected my ea account to my ps4 again been over a month 

• For those that are experiencing it do you remember if it started happening after you made any changes to your Avatar?
• After designing my face right away, it kicked me out and I've never been able to further customize anything
• Are you able to edit your avatar in game at all to see if that has any effect?
• I cannot edit my avatar in game
• Did you ever link up your game to Madden 22 Mobile?
• I had linked my account to Madden mobile before getting Madden 22 for PS4 and PS5.
