Hello. I pre-ordered for pc through GameStop. Why? Wish I knew. The order confirmation said I'd get another email with download code, which never came. I called them and they gave me a code, but said they didn't know where I'm supposed to download, other than the EA site. Any help would be appreciated.

In situations like these I think protocol is for you to actually contact Gamestop, not EA.
