- @EA_Aljo I've had this game for a week an haven't gotten anything out of it after paying 100+ for it. I haven't gotten any of the add-ons that were promised an haven't been able to enjoy the game itself.

Out Twitter/Facebook support can take a little longer, but they also provide excellent help. If you don't want to go that route, try either requesting a callback or starting a chat. You can see my previous instructions for help with that.
- @EA_Aljo I physically checked EA and PSN an I'm signed into both. The problem is with the game itself, an I'm beginning to feel that this madden was a way of ripping the public off. There's no reason why there hasn't been a massive message to go out to all users who purchased the title letting them know of what's going on an Keeping us in the loop about the fixes so that we know. People wouldn't be complaining if you all bothered to tell us what was going on. As many madden communities as you have; you have the official game website, you have gamestop, you have playstation; plenty of places to send out a mass video or message about what is going on. Until the issue is fixed you will be continually flooded with unsatisfied customers that you clearly have given zero information to after taking all our money.
- @EA_Aljo I don't do Facebook or Twitter. So for people who don't why don't they have a sufficient means of contact?....that doesn't make sense.

When we have information, we'll provide it. We want this fixed as badly as everyone else. Hopefully, that'll happen soon.
- @EA_Aljo It's simple......MAKE A LARGE POST ON THE VISIBLE OUTLETS, INCLUDING THE SYSTEMS THEMSELVES, FOR EVERYONE WHO BOUGHT THE GAME. That way people know what the situation is an that it's being worked on......when world crisis happen I'm sure you would like to be notified; how would you feel if no one bothered to tell you anything during the time of a world crisis? Probably like how we feel not knowing what's going on with something we all paid for.....just make the public aware of the issue until it's fixed or you're going to end up in a tight bind when the public wants all their money back all at one time. An if you're not able to provide then it becomes a law issue, when all you have to do is MASS NOTIFY THE PUBLIC ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
- @EA_Aljo Listen to the sense that makes. If you don't know what's going on....then tell the public you are unsure about what's going on an you are working to fix it.....post it on social media, EA, Playstation, gamestop, heck anywhere that sells the game so that the public is aware.
- @EA_Aljo You never keep your consumers in a state of confusion after a purchase or you will lose your audience, which is what is taking place. An all that was needing was a constant update publicly so that all consumers are in the know. If they don't know anything, then they will go off what they do know which is that they bought this game an are unable to play the way they should be able to. That equals a company wide loss because the public will want their money back for a dysfunctional product.
- @EA_Aljo Like even now yal are short talking us about an issue that clearly yal seem to either know about an find funny, are completely unsure of how to fix an are scrambling to come up with something, or are keeping us oblivious to build a revenue stream through people constantly talking about the title. When all that was need was to speak to the people. If the heavens never let its followers feel that the place they sought after was obtainable people would have given up. So heaven makes its presence felt an followers continue to follow.
- @EA_Aljo In this case it's like yal may be working to fix it. But you've completely forgotten who it was for, THE PUBLIC, which means they should always be in the mix of what is going on.
