Type of Network being used: wiredDate/time issue occurred: 10/14/2022 - Current day
What were you doing when it happened? Trying to play challenges and it gives me the error message: EA servers cannot process my request right now.
What was the last action you completed before it happened? I clicked play for the challenge
How often does the bug occur? Each time I try to play solo challenges
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? use my lineup and try playing challenges
Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: Restored license, disconnected and reconnected to Wi-Fi, uninstalled and redownloaded, changed lineups

I have previously tried this and it still doesn’t work. Is there any other fix to this problem?

Try setting all your team visuals to default. Also, if you're using a custom playbook, try a default one.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
Also, can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?
Still didn’t work. And I’m already on a wired connection.

Tried both of these and it still doesn’t work
Every time I try to run a TOTW challenge in madden 23 it just says our servers can not process and for all other challenges it is fine. What is the reason of this?
