Ever since this morning they can’t process my request for challenges nut head 2 head and superstar ko.
Xbox series x, HUD326, it occured a while ago and wont stop, I was trying to do challenges on MUT, it occurs anytime I try and do a challenge besides the legend bonus games, the last action I completed was the legend challenges week 10, I just want to be able to play challenges.

- ARCK808_R is my gamer tag for ps4 I can’t play any challenges only solo battles every time I try to play a challenge it says “our servers cannot process your request at this time please try again later” it happened like 12 hours ago still haven’t been able to play a challenge I pay money every year for this and this is how I’m treated I’m very dissatisfied with these bugs

Date/time issue occurred: Its been a continuous issue for the past couple days.
What were you doing when it happened? The issue arose after an opponent quit the game and I wasn’t awarded a W or L when I won the game. It said that the madden 23 servers could not process the previous game. I then went to play the Most Feared Challenges, specifically Horrific Heroes III, and kept encountering the error message "Our Servers Cannot Process Your Request at this time. Please try again later." After this message I am kicked off of MUT. I am able to still play H2H and other stuff but I have been trying to make progress on my Feared Pass and need to complete these to help me get to the end.
What was the last action you completed before it happened? H2H Game
How often does the bug occur? Everytime I try and play these challenges.

I am not able to launch any solo challenges, can only play multiplayer.
Can’t play certain challenges in MUT it’s been over 24 hours and I still have this problem. I can’t play team captain, legends, TOTW, and most feared challenges and team diamonds it’s ridiculous

Hi @scrappy26253 Would to first check if you have an open NAT on your device when you get the error?
If so would it be possible to get the names of all the challenges you see this happen in and a video of it happening? (play until you run into it, close the game complete (even from quick resume), and relaunch and try the challenge again)

Hey Everyone
I've recently merged reports of players who might be getting the error "Our servers cannot process your request at this time" when playing challenges.
If you are still seeing this when trying to play challenges in Madden 23 be sure to try the following based on your player first...
PC
Spoiler- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs limiting performance
- Check other programs that might be stopping EA App - Help Article
Xbox
Spoiler- Close other running games or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)
- Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
- Check for updates
- Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
Playstation

- Open your PS5 NAT Type

Playing Ultimate team on PS4.
When going into solo challenges I constantly get the error “our servers cannot process your request, please try again at another time.”
I have tried every option I can think of and can’t complete a single challenge.
Someone please help if possible. Any info is a benefit.
