Points Purchasing Error Madden 21

I’ve had madden since launch and I had no problem with buying madden cash until today. When i try to buy madden cash it says there is no point offers and to check back later. This has been happening to me for quite some time. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

Are you still having some trouble purchasing points? If so, can you let me know which platform you're playing on?

Everytime i try to buy points on madden 21 it gives me an error and its been happening for over a week 

Same here. Happened to me today too

I am seeing this issue for the first time on Sunday October 4th, and ongoing as of the morning, Monday October 6th.

Just to confirm, have you all tried power cycling your consoles to see if that helps at all? For more info on how to do that check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still having any problems adding points after that.

What happens if you just go straight to the Xbox store to try adding the points rather than purchasing them in-game? Do you still run into the same error?

If you go to the New Items Store in the main menu, before you get into MUT you can press X or Square and purchase points from there.
