Re: Is not letting me change my persona on the madden companion app after the update

This is being investigated by the Madden team but we could use more account examples. Can you help us out by replying to this post with these details?

Occurred 2 days ago, still no update.

I even unlinked the other gamertag that was showing from my EA account, so that only the 1 gamertag is linked, but it still shows my old gamertag in companion app and not the linked one from EA account that I’m logged in with...

When: Downloaded the Companion App three days ago and have not yet been able to connect to the MUT section and have been getting the "There was a problem communicating with the Madden NFL servers. Please try again later." error, just as the other comments are stating.

 Its using some random psn account I have that is theghost6564, and will not give me an option to switch to my actual psn 

MrTGulley44 Xbox 1 companion app on my iPhone won't let me pick my persona or even log in for that matter... the issue started last week and is a huge inconvenience in the playing of madden for me currently

The gamertag is now the only one linked to my EA Account but is only allowing me access to my other Xbox gamertag and I can not switch my persona to my current one that i use.

It was working fine on my android device I usually use but device broke so I downloaded the IOS  version for my iPad and tried to log in but it was showing wrong PERSONA NAME (I did try clicking on each of the names listed but still not able to get in).

Same thing is happening for me. Showing a persona that I created for me and my son almost 10 years ago and never use. Won't show my active PSN.

This account has been my main and the one I play MUT on. About 2 weeks ago, my girlfriends PSN (Misslynn1111) somehow got linked to my EA account. 

now, I can not change personas back to my regular PSN. I can still play Madden on the PS4, but I can not access it on the Madden Companion app. 

I have completely removed her PSN from my playstation. Deleted and reinstalled companion app. I have failed at attempting to have her PSN removed from my EA account (which I never added anyhow). 

when I log onto EA Account, I can see that both personas are linked but when using the companion app, the only persona available is still hers. 

very frustrating. Ive spent around 400$ on my MUT account just for Madden 21 and now I cant access companion app? Buying/Selling cards without it is a serious problem. 

As I am certain many many MUT players would agree, Without access to the companion app, I would never spend another dollar.
