Account was hacked
Someone had disconnected my Madden Mobile account from my EA account. When I logged in this morning, I was taken to a completely random, brand-new account with a different UID, and all my purchases and players were gone!
I have tried to contact support multiple times, through the in-game chat and the support tickets via help.ea.com, but no one is helping at all. I just keep getting sent in circles. I get a response every few days from the in-game chat support asking me a question that I have already answered before, and when I respond they'll ask another unrelated question, and it's going nowhere it all. This is a pretty simple issue, that should have been easily resolved.
EA support does not actually do anything, or try to understand or investigate any issues. Has anyone had a similar experience and can share how they got it resolved?
