Madden mobile 27 bug/glitch needs to be fixed by the right people

Every time I tap the “receive” option, it gives me the error message and automatically takes me to the loading screen from when the app first loads. And I have to sign in again. I can’t manually quit and start a new season. There’s a technical difficulty I’m experiencing that needs to get fixed.

One of the images attached is from the “randomly” generated opponents option for regular season mode selection. However, I want to play the option that is the NFL’s regular season generated opponents. And that’s where I’m currently having an issue due to the bug/glitch.

Notice on the randomly generated opponents option how next to “view lineup”, there is a settings tab. And if that settings tab is tapped on- it gives the option to quit and select a new team and start over. That is what I am not being able to do with the selected season mode that I want with playing the option with the option that has the NFL’s regular season schedule.
