For the jalen Ramsey master series event I am on stage 2 and the final chest I am unable to open because when I click on it nothing shows up and I cant progress on master series because of it. Please let me know if you know how to fix it.

I bought the road to the playoffs package and completed the first stage of both of the master series. When I click on the chest to advance, nothing happens on my screen. Almost as if the chest isn’t there and I’m just clicking the screen. I wouldn’t be reporting this if I didn’t pay 30 dollars for if
I saved up gems and got the AFC field pass for 4K gems in the new road to playoff series. I selected bottom path (91 stills) and I completed the first 5 events and I have the final given chest. However, it will not let me tap it to open. Is anyone else having this problem? Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, nothing. If this rips me off 4K gems I am never touching another EA game again.
I’m having the same issue but with the NFC Gauntlet stage 1 chest. Tried turning my WiFi on-off like the first reply recommended, but didn’t work. When I tap on the chest nothing shows up
I completed stage 1 of the Road to Playoffs NFC Gauntlet (bottom path), but when I tap on the chest nothing appears. It won’t even let me move on to Stage 2. Anybody else with same problem or know how to fix?
When I saw this as a solution, I was really skeptical. If you are attempting this, make sure to go back into the game before turning Wifi back off. (Or I assume back on, if you normally play on Wifi.)
I had this problem twice, and it fixed it both times. I still think it should be fixed, but was hoping it helped.

I try your advices already more times but nothing fixed just you gave me another dose of frustration. And where is Shazier evolution upgrade pack? And who satisfy me for that lost progress? (my cash i invested to master series pass for nothing) I can't play! How much time you need to understand? Are you still professional company? So no more experiment! Here is what professional company does step by step 1.fixt the game 2.test it 3.notice customer the product is fixed and ready to play
