My Account was Hacked
woke up this morning to find that someone had disconnected my Madden Mobile account from my EA account. When I logged in, I was taken to a completely random, brand-new account, and all my purchases and players were gone.
My Madden Mobile account was linked to my EA account, and I even contacted support a couple of weeks ago—because I lost my old phone and felt like someone had access to my account, because tokens would be spent without me using it- they reassured me that no one has access and I'll be safe if I have my account linked. I've been reaching out to support again, but I'm getting stonewalled at every turn. No one is able to help and support isn't responding.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any way to get my original account restored? I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on it, and I’m really frustrated.
