Hi guys. 1. i cant play madden academy. Every time i run it, the game crash and cant progress with coaches and team captain. 2. Also i dont get overdrive points for playing and my overdrive meter doesnt get up. My wifi is very good and i play on samsung galaxy s7. Also, when i install the app, every time i have " download resources error" and then i press ok and the game install .3. My daily goals progress doesnt count. I play them but they are still not checked. And cant play league because of that.

I have the same problem too with my account,not the system. I am currently 80 ovr and I have same problem as the person above. If I switch to my 51 ovr account, everything works. Is there a way to merge accounts?? Also this really sucks because I am hesitant to buy packs because the madden feast store packs don't register when I exchange items so the promo just doesn't work for me. You are losing money here, so please fix my account. I want the diamond pat mahomes!

What they should do is take everything you've earned in the bad account and move it to the new account.But this is EA we are talking about so I doubt they will even try.

No way that i will start new account and play from the begining. I expect them to find solution, couse obviously its not, its them. And i dont even want to mention how much i have lost points and rewards till now. I want them to compesate al least something to me.. and of course, help me to solve my peoblems.

Hi, can you try creating a new account as a test and see if that can make any progress? The issue might lie on your system or your account, and this will help to find out which is the case.

I made a new account and everything seems fine. Daily goals can be completed, madden academy played with no problems and overdrive meter getting points. What we gonna do now ?

Have you gotten anything from EA Help? Are they at least looking into this for you?

In post #2 @EA_David wanted me to make new account to know is it my system or my account. I made one, and everything seems fine on that account, rewards and madden academy, all good.. So it must be my account. And now, he is not replying to me. I belive they can fix this..

Can you send me a DM with the UIDs for the "good" and "bad" accounts, and the EA account name/email that's attached to it, and we'll see if anything can be done.

As far as I know support don't have tools to merge accounts, so they can't help with such cases.

EA support doesn't have the tools to do much of anything @EA_David. That's the problem. We are never allowed to speak with anyone that does have the tools. We're not even sure there is anyone who has the tools to help us.
There really needs to be a way to escalate legitimate issues with our accounts. And this guy's problem is the best example you could have as to why we need another, higher tier of customer service.
