OVR boost not being applied

Question

I have invested significant money into improving my team and supporting Madden Mobile as paying customer.

The enhancements that I have paid for are not being applied in LvL, League Siege, and H2H matches. Those enhancements, that I paid for, are now being applied to the lower OVR, disadvantaged teams I match against.

I have patiently waited for this to be fixed but nothing has happened. Can someone please let me know why why this is happening, when it will be fixed, and if it won’t be fixed, how I am refunded services not provided?

It’s always worked that way. I’ve run up against equal or better players and typically lose. Only in the VS do I tend to win more than lose. It’s only against much lower players that I win. It’s as if the higher my OVR goes the competition tends to match up as well.

You'll not get any kind of a refund so just stop spending money on the game. In a couple of months it starts all over again anyway. The game can be addictive so watch out for your money!
