Vamp Bailey Bug

Vamp Bailey is a base 84 overall. He gets upgraded with Night Essences. In order to upgrade Vamp Bailey you need night essences and an 84 Vamp Bailey, to get and 85 Vamp Bailey. But if you Quick Rank your team, the team gets a temporary boost. The Vamp Bailey gets a boost too, which makes the Vamp Bailey no longer 84 Vamp Bailey. Without an 84 Vamp Bailey, you can't upgrade the base Vamp Bailey. The Quick Rank boosts last 14 days and the Most Feared will only last another 13 days. How can I take the Quick Rank boost off the Vamp Bailey? This seems like a bug. EA, fix this.
