So my account was banned. Of course, no explanation was given. Thankfully though it was only 7 days. Okay, so on the day the ban is to be lifted i try to log back in again using facebook or apple. The game immediately kicks me out and says unknown error please try again. I go to ea support, and they give me the steps to troubleshoot: wait 24 hours, try on another device, delete, re-install etc... After doing absolutely everything in my power to restore my account it still doesn't work. So I call them again, they say theyll "escalate," whatever thats supposed to mean. I've now waited much longer than the 72 hours and still no answers or solutions, and all I see in my cases is "no fix available." WHAT KIND OF * ANSWER IS THAT! Not only did you mess up my account and now you cant fix it, but your reps are downright lying to me! Like they don't even want to help anymore??? When they say they escalate they really just mean that they'er lazy and dont want to do anything about it?! The amount of trickery and sleaziness by this company is mind boggling. It hurts, it honestly hurts, because I have been a devoted madden player since 15/16 and never have I been treated so poorly. This is the absolute last straw for me. Restarting the device, re-installing the app, clearing up space on your device, toggling WiFi on/off, and checking for device updates can help clear out that error. Im very anoyyed right now and i just want to play the game. On my case it just say No fix availabe. What does that mean and when will i get an update on my account?

@Shady2001man 5 business days is their goal but depending on the amount of contacts they're receiving throughout a given time-period it could extend a bit. We are approaching the holiday season with more players coming back online (there are also lockdowns in certain parts of the world happening again), so in my opinion it will likely extend beyond 5 days. I know it's hard to wait a situation like this out and be told to wait, it's not easy, but please continue to do so and check your email daily for a response.

@EA_Blueberry Ive got a message saying i wont get unbanned and they made the correct call. Im so annoyed rn because i dont even know what terms or rules i broke and it was by accident. Is there anything i can do because i dont want to start all over again and i would expect a warning from ea if i did break a rule so i could stop. Is there anything u can do to help? I dont understand why they cant tell me the mistake i made and than blacklist my account and unban my market and if i make the mistake again than fair enough they can ban my market again.
