Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While weapon is drawn move Ryder forward and then stop moving, immediately move the right stick to look around. Instead of a smooth movement the view movement will stutter. It happens when trying to "look around" while Ryder is in the transitioning from moving to standing animation.

This animation bug really interferes with how smooth the combat in the game feels. Seems like a HUGE issue that many will not even realise it is happening but it has the net effect of making the combat feel choppy and a "bit off". Should be an easy fix, hope it is fixed soon because the combat is great otherwise.
While it feels like the games FPS are dropping I 100% believe it is caused by the animation. Most likely related to tying the camera to Ryder's movement.
I have tried this on PC and PS4, it seems much worse on PS4 but I believe that is because of the lower framerate.
I believe this is why many people think the performance of the game is bad when it is not. I have tried running the game at the lowest settings and 720p with my GTX 1080 and this still happens. It's not performance or FPS related.
