So are a bunch of mass effect achievements just broken? because i just beat Me2 on insanity and didn't get the achievements for going through the omega 4 relay, doing the suicide mission everyone surviving + romancing tali and gaining the loyalty of a few others.
Same issues, playing on Series X and Insanity II and Paramour II didn't unlock when I beat ME2. I played ME1 and got the first ones fine pre-patch, the latest patch seems to have broken these two achievements.
I’m getting achievements come up on my Xbox but some of the achievements I have unlocked were unlocked and then re-locked when I transferred to mass effect 2 like kill 250 enemies with melee I unlocked it on my Xbox it unlocked on mass effect but then relocked on mass effect 2
This game is buggy as hell. I'm on the series x and have numerous achievements that are shown in game, but I never got the xbox ones. So far 5 different loyalty achievements are shown fine in game, but never popped with my Xbox account. Replaying the missions does nothing.
Definitely broken. On Xbox, loyalty achievements aren't showing up in game (which means no advanced training which is just great on insanity) and cross game achievements are disappearing too (no achievement for finished me1 on insanity for me). Everything went to hell after the June 7 update

This thread was started before the June 7th patch that fixed these achievements for some, but we are seeing a new issue where the in-game achievements on Xbox are not properly synced or unlocking.
That's causing this to still appear to be happening for a number of players, and it's something we're tracking over in this thread.
I'll be locking the current thread as there's a different cause for this situation post-patch, just to avoid having two different threads on the same topic now, thanks.
