Autosaves not working?

Hi,I unfortunately learned the hard way today that autosaves don't appear to work?I died and an autosave does show in my savegame menu but it fails to load and instead loads a manual save that I had when I click on the autosave.Is this a known issue?

I am of an age to not rely on auto-saves if manual saves exist.&nbsp;😉

Particularly doing an insanity playthrough.
