Bugged Achievements

I have just finished mass effect 2 in legendary edition. Single playthrough on insanity imported from ME1. Neither the Paramour II or the Insanity II achievements have unlocked. I have loaded back to the pre-final mission save and re-completed both sections again and it still hasn't unlocked. Not only that but I now see it has reset my "bruiser" achievement to 0/100 when I was on ~90/100 kills. I have put in 120 hours working through on insanity completing every possible mission. Really disappointed in such a trivial bug - which has clearly been raised multiple times since MELE was released - what is being done to fix the bug? How can we gain the achievements?
