Cannot connect to the Cerberus Network (Technically EA's servers)

Just to join in on the tide of questions since it seems nobody has seen their searches through so I can use them, I'm having issues connecting to the Cerberus Network for the purposes of redeeming and enabling DLC.

I play PC, Windows 10.

After logging in, if I attempt to put in my Cerberus network key, it just says it cant' connect to EA's servers. That's it. I haven't gotten far enough to have any other issues with the redeeming process. I use private wifi, it should be cleared to use my networks and I don't have any super aggressive firewalls on or some such. I've purchased the game through Steam so I don't have the luxury of Origin's integrated tools for trying to fix this.
